What we collect

We collect only what you send us through the custom quote form on this site:

• Your name and email address
• Phone number and organization, if you provide them
• An approximate quantity, and a needed-by date if you give one
• Any notes you add describing your project

The form is intentionally short. Details like garment type, sizes, artwork files, and shipping addresses are gathered later in direct conversation, not collected through this site.

How we use it

We use your information to follow up on your request, prepare a quote, and fulfill an order if you approve one. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

To produce an order we share the details needed for fulfillment — artwork, garment, size, quantity, and shipping address — with the print partner producing it.

Payments

We never collect card numbers, bank details, or other payment information through this website. This site has no checkout and no payment processing.

Purchases of ready-made designs happen on Etsy, which collects and processes payment information under its own privacy policy. For custom orders, payment is arranged directly with you after your quote — by card through Etsy, ACH transfer, or check — and those details are handled by the relevant financial institution or platform, not stored here.

Analytics

We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not set advertising cookies. If we add usage measurement in the future, it will be limited to aggregate, non-identifying data, and we will update this policy to say what we use.

Retention

Quote requests and related correspondence are kept as long as needed for the project and for ordinary business records.

To ask what we hold about you, or to request deletion, email hello@ardionventures.com. Some records may be retained where required for business or legal reasons.
